These terms of use govern the use of the marketing site carebond.ch. Use of the CareBond SaaS platform is subject to a separate contract signed with your institution.

These terms apply to anyone consulting carebond.ch. They govern navigation on the site, use of the contact form, and access to published information.
2. Acceptance
Access to and use of the site imply full acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
3. Use of the site
You agree to use the site in compliance with applicable laws, not to attempt to access non-public areas, and not to send unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content via the contact form.
4. Limitation of liability
CareBond SA makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information but cannot guarantee the absence of error or service interruption. Use of published information is at your sole responsibility.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva, subject to mandatory remedies.
